Timing is Everything
Decade, Years, Months, Weeks, Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds, etc...
The more things change, the more they stay the same...and change.
Timing is, indeed, everything. Whether you're running to catch the bus, merging onto the highway, headed out to the show or walking to work...when you arrive seems to be a dominating factor of our day.
The journey, of course, is the prize (kvhw), and along the way the flow and time of how long something takes to accomplish also affects the quality of the experience.
Why am I pontificating on time at such a moment as this?
throughout the last several weeks of my blog-less adventure, "Timing Is Everything" has continued to pop into my head as it surrounds travel, friends, family, fun and everything in between.
So who knows if NOW is the right time to re-spark this online spark or not. What syndicated effects will take place from these actions are yet to be known.
We are stuck in a loop of watching our own movie, trying desperately to get ahead and "make time" for ourselves while we give up our day to the flow of persistent navigation.
"Timing is everything, that much I know.
Sometimes I'm fast(er) and sometimes I'm slow
Some days vacation but some days I'm told
I've come to to the end of the line
But when I can't be what's expected of me
I look at the clock and say this can't be
Watching it pass without reason or rhyme
I feel I'm suspended in time"

"Up the rigging take in sail mind the skipper we'll not fail
He'll bring out wine all we'll all be fine just hear the order watch the sail
The moment ends"

I've been hearing from other knowledgeable Phish sources that the band may be trying to stage a secret reunion performance in Seattle at the beginning of August. They may do a surprise show at a local club, kind of like when Beastie Boys did a surprise show in SF a couple of years ago. Can you comment on this?
hey, i've been hearing that too! my girlfriend works at Tower Records and she says Phish fans keep saying they will probably play in Portland at the end of the summer.
Dude, what makes you think they will play there??? wouldn't theyh want to play in Vermont where they're from?? PHISH RULES!!!
They are definitely coming back! Are you kidding...
Nothing except the glorious force of Mother Nature Herself, could ever prevent such an omnipresent force of incredibly, incromprehensibly, inconceivably, outrageoulsy, fluently, majical, majestical, mysterious, wonderful, beautiful, and downright ridiculous and sensational musicians, from emerging again, under any circumstance.
That being said...if any of you hear of a band named AssFace playing at any small pub, bar, or club near you...please blog this sight immediately.
Signed....
