Mike Gordon will be performing Labor Day weekend (Sept 3-5) at moe.down 11 in Mohawk, NY at Gelston Castle Estate with his five-piece lineup,(Scott Murawski on guitar, Vermonters Craig Myers on percussion and Tom Cleary on keyboards and Brooklyn drummer Todd Isler). A download of Phish's "Kill Devil Falls" from Bonnaroo this past year is available as part of a free collection to raise awareness of climate change issues, entitled Best of Bonnaroo. Phish, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Wilco, Jack Johnson, Phil Lesh, Bob Weir & RatDog, and more are among the 17 artists have participated in this Best of Bonnaroo release. HeadCount and the NDRC helped to coordinate the efforts, with the performances available at musicforaction.org. For the first time ever, a climate change-related bill has been approved by the U.S. House of Representatives. Now, it's up to the U.S. Senate to vote on similar legislation.
